Article 1 – Purpose of this General Condition

The Seller offers users to purchase an e-Reputation service. This service consists of one or more positive reviews to be posted on the user’s business activity page. These opinions are marketed in the form of packs on the fast-reviews.de website. The list and description of the services offered by the Company can be consulted on the aforementioned sites.

These General Conditions of Sale determine the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of Products or Services offered by the Seller.

Article 2 – General provisions

These General Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of Products or Services, made through the Company’s websites, and are an integral part of the Contract between the Buyer and the Seller. They are fully enforceable against the Buyer who accepted them before placing an order.

The Seller reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time by publishing a new version on its website. The GTC then applicable are those in force on the date of payment (or the first payment in the event of multiple payments) of the order.
The Company also ensures that their acceptance is clear and unreserved by setting up a checkbox and a validation click. The Customer declares to have read all of these General Conditions of Sale, and, where applicable, the Special Conditions of Sale related to a product or service, and to accept them without restriction or reservation.

Unless proven otherwise, the information recorded by the Company constitutes proof of all transactions.

Article 3 – Price of the services offered

The prices of the products sold through the Internet sites are in euros and include VAT. The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time for the future. The telecommunication costs necessary to access the Company’s websites are the responsibility of the Customer.

Article 4 – Products and services

The essential characteristics of the goods, services and their respective prices are made available to the buyer on the company’s websites, as well as, where applicable, the method of use of the product. The consumer is informed, by marking, labeling, display or by any other appropriate process, of the prices and special conditions of sale and of the performance of the services before any conclusion of the sales contract. In all cases, the total amount owed by the Purchaser is indicated on the order con fi rmation page. The selling price of the product is that in force indicated on the day of the order. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the application of the price indicated at the time of the order.

The contractual information is presented in detail and in French. The parties agree that the illustrations or photos of the products offered for sale have no contractual value. The period of validity of the Product offer as well as their prices is specified on the Company’s websites, as well as the minimum duration of the contracts offered when these relate to a continuous or periodic supply of products or services. Unless there are specific conditions, the rights granted hereunder are granted only to the natural person signing the order (or the person holding the communicated email address).

Article 5 – Delivery of ordered services

Once the notices are published on the Buyer’s activity pages, an email is sent to the Buyer to notify him of the closure of his order.

fast-reviews.de declines all responsibility in the event of deletion of reviews. Indeed, the platforms remain editor of the service and have the hand to moderate / remove any opinion.

Without a request for notice spacing from the Purchaser in the order note, notices may be published subsequently.

A notice spacing requested by the Buyer is indicative as not validated or approved by the Seller.

Article 6 – Payment of the order

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The Customer can pay by payment card or by Credit Card. The information transmitted is encrypted according to the rules of the art. Once the payment has been initiated by the Customer, the transaction is immediately debited after verifying the information. By communicating information
bank during the sale, the Customer authorizes the Seller to debit his card for the amount relating to the price indicated. The Customer con fi rms that he is the legal holder of the card to be debited and that he is legally entitled to use it. In the event of an error, or the inability to debit the card, the Sale is automatically terminated and the order canceled.

Article 7 – Withdrawal period and reimbursement

There is no withdrawal period in Swiss law. Therefore, we do not offer our users a withdrawal period. Any order placed on this site is therefore considered a firm and definitive commitment.

A validated order can no longer be subject to cancellation by the Customer and a refund.

Article 8 – Applicable rights

These General Conditions of Sale and the transactions resulting from them are governed and subject to Swiss law.

These General Conditions of Sale are written in French. In the event that they are translated into one or more foreign languages, only the French text will prevail in the event of a dispute.

Article 9 – Customer acceptance of these General Conditions

The fact for a natural (or legal) person, to order on the fast-reviews.de website implies full and complete acceptance and acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale and obligation to pay for the Products ordered, which is expressly recognized by the Customer, who waives, in particular, to take advantage of any contradictory document, which would be unenforceable against the Seller.
